Things I miss right about now

And unfortunately – some of these seem unlikely to change anytime soon.

  • Sleep.
  • Energy.
  • My waist. (And being able to reach everything I drop on the floor.)
  • Being able to actually run. (There is nothing better in the fall. And Riley agrees.)
  • Turkey sandwiches.
  • Brie.
  • A glass of wine with dinner.
  • Sushi.
  • Clothes that fit – and don’t have ties.
  • Advil.
  • Unlimited coffee or Pumpkin Spice Lattes.

    My OB said that a turkey sammich a week is fine- just don’t overdo it. That lysteria is so relatively uncommon that if it’s from a place with a high turnover (ie Subway) you’ll be AOK.

    In my needing to eat every 3 hour schedule, I had a good amount of Subway.
